Any persons hiring must take care when using the toys & equipment. Any broken items or furniture must be replaced or paid for.

Any persons hiring the studio must be of sound mind & safe to practice in a safe, sane & consensual manor at all times.
Drugs are not permitted on these premises. Any persons found to be doing so will be asked to leave immediately!
You are welcome to bring your own toys or equipment but please ensure you do not mix items up with studio belongings.

The studio is available for hire to well established pro Dommes, pro-Masters, escorts, porn models or anyone else working within the sex industry. The hire is subject to proof of professional status & at the discretion or the proprietor.

Photography & Filming
The Yorkshire Fetish Box is available to hire for filming & photography purposes. A basic lighting kit & backdrops in white, black & green are available upon request. The studio is privately tucked away from public view & underground with no windows or neighbors. Noise & privacy is not an issue. The private car park is joined onto the studio so you do not have to travel with your equipment. The studio is set up for fetish & BDSM play but all types of models & photography are welcome at The Yorkshire Fetish Box.
